what is happening? I have paid twice for privilege chapters but have not been able to read any chapters since chapter 3047. what happens to my money? and the chapters I paid for?

how come I gotta pay for 2 updates when i"d already paid for privilege updates a week ago? why should I forfeit the chapters I already paid for when you failed to update? so far, we've spent so much on very short chapters on just 1 book more than one could even buy several hard covers.
