If they wanted her to die for her sins, she would have gotten the death sentence already. If it were Veah standing next to 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, I think her noble heart will still rush to stop her. But that does not mean in stopping her from jumping they are giving her redemption. It’s cowardly to off herself now; she should continue to wither to her last breath as the poison slowly kills her. Plus author hasn’t revealed her pov so far - we aren’t shown what is she going to do with the crucial info on Jian’s mum and what she thinks of the bond (if she wants to make use of it or not). So she was not meant to die yet anyway. So Narx was just plot device to stop her from dying for the story to go on and inevitably trigger Veah to break their bond 😢😢😢 to make way for the now evident ML chosen by author… Making us harem hopers lose all hope.
