I have had that problem before and after i rewrote the chapter it let me publish it so you may just have to rewrite it

The character needs a little bit more personality but overall it is good, considering it has been 2 days and there are 10+ chapters, I would say the updates are coming out quickly. The writing quality is decent. World background could use some work but other than that it is a great book.
