Been paying so much but updates seldom happen.

Lately, The chapter is seldom updated. Instead of 2 Times a day, only once a day updating is done. We, the readers, feel being cheated because we are paying for the 2 times a day updates that seldom happen.

Why is it that I could not unlock the next chapter when in fact I have already purchased a privilege to unlock advance chapters?

I’Ve been paying for the upgrade bUt upnto now, The chapter still remains the same. Why is that so?
