I don't loke where this is going. Spinning sob stories to justify their final reunion. This Andy/Cassidy story is the only one I don't like. They started wrong and now the author is spinning on the Stockholm syndrome and daughter attachment to justify their relationship. Their rwlationship honestly gives me the ick.
Well... Lucy probably "chose to misunderstand" her as well. Just like Bryan.
Oh my god, who unleashed the kraken? Sonia is on fire, easily climbing to the top of the most annoying characters list.
I kinda liked Sonia before reading this chapter. Now I am really annoyed by her. Such childish behavior. I don't know, it makes me feel really sad for Bryan. She always needs to be in control and doesn't try to understand him. She wanted conflict, she wanted a break, bu he is the one that overreacted according to her. Lucy hit the nail on the head with her last lines.
Yeah, I mean she disregarded his feelings completely. He "chose" to misunderstand. She never tried to see his point.
Not all experience is good or healthy. And from the way she handled things, Lucy seems to be able to teach Sonia a thing or two.
And where is her effort? Her line of thought went something like this : "well, everything was not my fault, I was just having a hard time, he chose to misunderstand me. Who is he to make me feel bad about myself?". And now she sais it should be an effort coming from both parts. I think she just expects Bryan to give in. Neither of them approaches this ok, although Bryan kinda seems to go towards the right direction. Sonia seems to be moving away from a common ground.
Is this healthy thinking though? This is her issue, why putting the blame on him?
