ShiroZetsu16hCommentedThis story isn’t going anywhere at all. The fight has gone on for at least 20 chapters and is just boring. Every last Naruto fic these days is the exact same. MC is born pre canon, befriends either the Sannin or Hiruzen, learns from them, and then is betrayed by Danzo. Leading to a fight between the MC and Konoha. A fight that takes 30 chapters because the Author is awful at actually finishing anything and can’t possibly let the MC take a dub.

Author I know you are just trying your best. But your best isn’t really working. You are trying to build up intrigue and mystery surrounding your MC, but it is just slowing the pace of the story down. Also there are Dozens of different ways to get stronger in the world of DxD. Every single Mythology and Religion all exist simultaneously and becoming a Devil is the only power-up you can think of to give your MC? Disappointing to say the least.

Having read the chapter, I see what you were doing and approve. What I was trying to say is that I have seen this exact scene play out very differently and very bad in almost every other FF I have read. The game and chase thing that women like to play with men that are interested in them, usually ends up annoying the man in question and pushing him away from the women.

Also, pushing myself to keep up with the public release schedule is just running me ragged. I feel like I can't ever take a break, even when I need to. I'm determined to finish out this story (or at least get it to a satisfying stopping point where I can cut back my attention on it). So in light of all of that, I'm going to be pulling back the schedule to 2 chapters a week (Friday, Sunday).
