I have long disliked Gloriana and have been waiting for Ves to realise just how toxic and selfish she is. Now I can say that this coniving female dog has irredeemably shown her true colors. Please remove this hateful, manipulative and unlikable FL from the storyline. I honestly cannot see how this relationship can be based on love.

This story is full of well rounded characters, develped worlds and well paced arcs. My only issue is that the author is only able to submit one chapter per day. This is making it very hard to binge read, which is my habit when engrossed in a well written story. PLEASE submit more chapters as paying for advanced privilege chapters for one chapter per day is not cost effective.

Exciting, mysterious, thought provoking and truly binge worthy. BUT.... The lightspeed of the actions, conflicts and character developments towards the end were so fast that I lost track of the story and was left confused and disappointed by the seeming lack of conclusion.(I re-read the last 400 ch so as to absorb the ingredients fully and have now digested & understood the sequence) I desperately want to read the follow up book but with how much I binged this one, I will have to wait until many more chapters are released or be constantly on the edge of corruption. Oh the agony.!!!!!

I too have started to read this after recognising the title from the "Shadow Slave" dialogue between Soul Reaper and Sunny. I really hope that the months since the last update means this book is complete? Your writing, pace, characters, mood, setting and developed world are engrossing... and this is only the beginning!

While it is not of the MVS, MDS,MWS universe, the MCs name is Zain Talen. Just like jksmanga's other story "The Sword God"(unfinished/abandoned )which also has the MC with the Talen family name.
