What a fantastic explanation, thank you @Arkinslize! I'm actually a software developer by trade, so that explanation really resonates. I just hadn't picked up on any hints of true will or Lumyst being highly compressed forms of Aether, so it's great to know that that is the underlying explanation.

Not necessarily true, in America there are tons of examples of people who didn't get a college education, yet became billionaires due to being clever and believing in themselves. That last part usually comes down to the parents or lack thereof.

One of the things I enjoyed about this series was the "scientific" - esque explanation of everything with aether (even magic), I worry this "true will" explanation will lead to this story becoming a generic cultivation story. 🤔
