The only way Sengoju and the moral justice faction of the marines can argue to the Five elders that Akainu is the threat is by bringing up his unpredictability. He is as likely to kill a pirate, a marine, a civilian, a CP agent or a celestial dragon. Also Sengoku can tell the Elders that an admiral who waste time trying to kill one of his one subordinates (Coby)instead of going after pirates is not fit to be fleet Admiral.

A weekly chapter from each of his manga, maybe some manga by new artist from Teyvat(original manga not from our world), ad for business (restaurant, funeral parlor, tea house...). Ryuhei could make a lot of profit from the subscriptions. And he could still sell the complete manga volumes, one every 3-4 months

Make the lightsaber lore-accurate, they should be able to cut through virtually any material. There should be more dismemberments and property damage with laser sword cutting through everything not some scratch marks

Nice! If you give a system don't make him OP too fast. The story start becoming bland when, not if, the MC solve everything without effort. Just give him a system that show him his stats. And please just one devil fruit and don't remove the weaknesses. Sorry I'm ranting, but your story seems great, so don't become a generic system-wish fulfilling-harem-100 devil fruits-Gary stu fic. And for the love of God don't make the system some king of summoning system, to bring object or people into the world. The Mc wants to live freely, if his own family, other pirates, marines, IMU and the world government start chasing him his whole life because of his powers(because even devil fruits can't explain everything)
