I believe that the egg in the lotus nests are created from the sanctuaries and give birth to first generation super creatures . I also believe that’s why they disappear after death a sort of return to the sanctuary. The blurry energy flow could just be because there is no defined flow when being created and when they give birth they refine their offsprings flow and that’s why second generation creatures have a defined energy flow.

That’s not the case he probably is going to create a new set of lore in this world, one that would allow him to conjure himself wherever he wants.
