I’ve seen you use the word “co-sign” a couple of times now, and I thought I should point this out. “Co-signing” is the act of two people mutually agreeing upon a contract, usually legal in nature. I believe you, instead, mean “consign.” To consign someone to something is to force something upon them, whether they wish ti or not.

I was just thinking about this the other day, actually.
