This story, is great at the start. It is great, the mind of an ex-fighter in a new body with powers. After some time though this is lost in favor of thinking with his lower brain. then things get odd and never recapture what it had at the start. the system is fun and the concept behind it is interesting, the MC starts out interesting as well. His starting LIs though, are kinda meh and get sidelined often. On top of blending together, this is one of the aspects that gets better as the story goes on. Life is given to these first LIs, though this also marks when the story goes Multiple POV heavily. This is a great concept if you want crazy with pleny of wish fullfilment and I hope the author takes what was learned in this story into the next one. this might make for a good revisit after the new story is done and prefect it.

So, I tried to read this one. I enjoy the concept behind it I just wish the MC got a spine. There also seems to be several holes in the story, mainly around the childhood friend. Several things happened that looked like it would fix what is missing. Then it was dropped, and everything went back to the way it was. I truly wanted to like this one, I do hope that this author or someone else picks up this idea and makes a story with a less passive MC. I do get that the writer was attempting to make him a real teen that needed to grow into his role. However, the development is just too slow. It seemed every time he would start to develop something would happen and it was back to square one.

So, I did try to give this story a try and it shows some promise. My main issue is how passive the MC is, this on top of the fact it has no tags makes me worry. To many good books have been ruined by massive MCs, I get wanting to build up the MC and show them grow into their role. However, with the personality of most of the females around him it makes me hesitant to continue reading. It is an interesting idea behind it and once it has tags or some sort of guarantee that The MC will change. I would be willing to come back and give it a second shot.

Do not put any money into this. After charging for chapters the writing style changes completely. The gender pronouns are fixed, it is now a disjointed mess. Suddenly you are expected to follow a bunch of people's perspectives and the story is lost fast. After the paywall the story you paid for is gone replaced by a hot mess. If you want a fun story of a mage with his quirky maids, then do not read this. A ton of overly complicated drama happens after a girl is captured that ruins it for no reason. It had potential and I will state that if it was not rushed the way it is now. It could be good; however, they did not do that. At this point from the point the princess enters the story it needs a ton of work. If it gets the work needed it could be great.

I am going to try and keep this as spoiler free as possible. The story starts out great, sadly that changes. The biggest issues are the loss of focus on the mc... actually, that is it, all of what went wrong. The story starts to loose everything, all of the build up and quality lost in all of the side characters you are forced to try and track all with different stories happening. imagine watching six movies,only instead of watching on after the other, you watch one for ten minutes. Pause, then start the next one. If you can track all that then enjoy, if not read until that happens. Before that happened it was a five star, so there is that.
