If your life was ordinary, you wouldn't be the main character. Imagine if someone wrote a book and the main character knows that he has plot armour so he becomes unbridled in whatever he does and basically rekts the world. But then he gets killed off by a higher authority who manages these main characters who are destroying worlds.
For an average novel, I give an average rating. This book is your typical cliché overpowered cheat novel. MC has the power to attract overpowered pets and shock everyone. Dumb arrogant character appears in less than 10 chapters, he attempts to 'kill' the main character because main character insulted him. Hence main character attempts to kill him as revenge but ignorant police attacks main character because he has the power to control beast, "He must be a traitor to humans". Then proceeds to attack and get demolished by main character, "Impossible, how could a human achieve this level of power". Stronger guy shows up and resolves misunderstanding, "That cannon fodder attacked our beloved MC first! Ignorant police, you're fired from your job! You are a god-level talent, you need to join our (insert prestigious academy). I will give you money for you to join it". First up, we have no idea how this system work at all, no numbers or anything. Upgrades are thrown here and there and I doubt they are even keeping track of the number of points MC has. To nerf the main character so that the story can be extended, naturally we have to suppress the main character's cheat and instead opt for a god-level potential pet. Naturally since this is a cliché overpowered cheat novel, we need to have absolutely no world building. We'll just throw out the details as the plot progresses. Naturally, I came here having no expectations of this novel. To me, this novel is just some junk food to eat while looking for actually good novels to read. So in summary, your typical cliché novel that can be found everywhere on this website. Good luck finding an actual good read.
You're absolutely correct, I overestimated your intelligence. I didn't think someone calling me 'room temperature iq' would be even more stupid than me. You can't even comprehend some simple words and now you're saying that nobody liked my comment. Isn't it more pathetic if I went to like my own my comment? Oh by the way, I don't see any likes on your comments either. What are you trying to prove here?
By the way there's an expression error in terms of how you phrased your insult. You mentioned 'people with people' and that's a repetitive statement. The correct form should be simply just 'people with'. Another error I have found in your statement is 'has iq'. The correct structure should be 'has an iq'. From these grammatical mistakes I can tell that you are probably uneducated and may not even know the meaning of 'iq'. IQ is a measurement of a person's reasoning ability in which an IQ test serves to quiz how fast a person can learn certain things through deduction and logic. Having said that, despite having a low iq, I am still able to cope with learning quite well as long as I work harder than others so I don't see how that may be an insult.
How so? I've only seen you posting a 'eww' and throwing an insult at someone for absolutely no reason. The least you could do was to provide an argument that could help back up your point. And again you said that I had the 'iq of room temperature' which shows your desperate attempt to counter my 'insult' that I have sent to you. What evidence do you have to back up that I have 'room temperature iq'? I think that you are just making a fool out of yourself by randomly throwing out insults just to provoke a fight. You should reflect back on your actions up till now. What justification do you have to say 'eww' to someone? Do you have a proper reason? A personal grudge? If so please elaborate.
Have you seen any opportunities anywhere in the novel? Are all those notifications of his friends getting beaten an 'opportunity' for you? The main character can be defined as being overly cautious instead of cowardly. He aims to be able to one-shot his opponents before attacking. Also he doesn't need the so-called opportunities as mentioned in the novel as he has talent. He simply needs to cultivate instead of looking for opportunities. In other novels that I read, it is precisely because the main character was looking for all those opportunities that his cultivation slowed down heavily. Why bother looking for those opportunities if he can get everything he needs from the system. Weapons? His systems provides them. Skills? Also provided by the system. Cultivation? All he needs to do is sit there for years to break through. I don't see exactly why he needs to go through some crisis to obtain a useless opportunity.
I respect your opinion. The main character of this book is what you would define as someone overly cautious as he only faces opponents which he is sure he can one-shot. I understand that you might find being confined in one place boring but to me at least it is better than running around the cultivation world and facing random situations thrown at him for no reason just to serve as a method to improve his strength. He didn't run away from opponents in the same level other than in the early stages. If you had continued to read on you would've seen that he actually fights opponents above his cultivation level as he is one of those 'geniuses' of sorts. He unlocks this ability that allows him to go into a simulation to fight his opponents and test his strength therefore I do not agree with your opinion of him running away from opponents of the same level. I will be checking out the novel that you recommended to see exactly how it compares to this novel.
I highly appreciate you taking the time to respect the perspective of others such as mine who's preferences are different from yours. Also the main character is more a overly cautious type of character who hides from all those other troublesome matters in which are present in other novels. In other novels, those situations are randomly thrown at the main character and I happen to be tired of such meaningless things that serves no purpose so as to grow the main character's power. This novel is a great way to take a break from other conventional novels as the main character grows his power mainly by just cultivating for many years.
