Ah so this is all due to them finding out Vivian's family was never interested in reconciling but wanted to use a relationship for revenge. Their acceptance of Abigail is a rejection of Vivian!
I feel sad for the turn his character took. I feel like he started out really good, selflessly loving Abigail and owning his mistake of not telling her the truth about things like his feelings or paying for her surgery! But then he kept moving towards this selfish obsession of like possessing her! I feel like this is just the final step of really turning into a villian in the story!
Yeah, because if you help kidnap her she will absolutely throw herself in your arms and forget she loves her husband! And her psychotic father will be fine with that!
I see this as a choice for Sebastion, he could try to right his wrongs, be completely honest with Abigail, warning her about her father, confessing his feelings for her, then move on, respecting her choices. But instead he committed to this destructive path for good, not just destructive for him, but others around him, especially Abigail! I see this as a final decision to really put himself and his wants above Abigail or what she wants or needs!
FINALLY!!!!
Reclaim? you never had any clai. on her to begin with!!!!
But it is equally her fault. She could have told him she planned to meet Jasper. I think she should have asked him to go with her! She was trying to sneak around behind Christopher's back and despite her not believing it, everything Christopher told her about Jasper is true.
How in the world is any of that her fault? She didn't even want to go along but did everything you said anyway! This is all on you!
Ok on one hand sneakily using his wife without her knowledge, not great. On the other hand, awesome job not getting upset and being loving and gentle with Abigail and also, LET'S TAKE JASPER DOWN!!!!!!
Uh oh! He wants to assign her to her birth father! That man is bad news!!!
