I got bored searching for fun novels to read, so I decided to write some myself. Join my discord : https://discord.gg/HuMaR7EVm7

Cultivation Deviation brings down one's cultivation by at least a realm. Alex's wouldn't have been ready for a breakthrough if he had gone through it. I admit there was bad writing during the war --I made the DE start fighting a little too soon in the war, making the battle with him seem stretched-- but not this.
Manning Up doesn't help with Inner Demon though. If it did, nobody would have to fear Inner Demons ever. The moment you start to breakthrough and the Inner Demon assaults you, you forget every bit of confidence and motivation you had before, and you have to deal with everything that worries you or you fear. Alex was worried about failure, about the Dragon Emperor having tricks up his sleeve. He even worried about the Inner Demon itself failing him at such a crucial time. That was why he didn't do it. The only reason it worked later on is because he was way past the point where all his worries had come true or had been dealt with. and there was little what the Inner Demon could use against him.
I specifically worded it like that because those people wouldn't really know. They see Hannah's cultivation base and think she's the strongest, even though Alex has the greater feat.
Bai Jingshen is strong, but not strong enough to protect the trees if certain people find out. Also, he has no place to keep those trees. His Soul Space is regular sized and the trees are still in their infant stage where they will die easily if messed around with too much.
I intended for it to be a camera. I don't recall if I wrote something else. let me go recheck
I can't tell how old he is at the moment (somewhere around 85 is my calculated estimate), but I do have a way of telling exactly how old he is supposed to be, minus the time dao shenanigans. I'll put something concrete in the next few chapters.
Not the Azure Dragon, if that's what you're asking.
Continent full, yes. But they are still all over the continent. Not everyone is where the fight is taking place, and even at the fastest, it will take them half an hour to get there. and they have actively limited the number by taking over the teleportation building.
Most are strong, but Alex's array makes it so that most of the stronger ones are forced to form their own array to keep up with them. if they decide to fight arrayless, they will die immediately. also the strength of Southern Continent soldiers have improved significantly thanks to Alex's alchemy improvement there, making the army at least in general stronger than regular cultivators.
If you are suggesting that you think I'm done with the real world, I'm not. Just 10 more chapters will give you something concrete. The book actually gets better from this point. If you could read until 600 before you made your decision, I'm sure you'll change your mind. if not, thank you for reading until this point.
Cardinal of Truth was my other choice for Cardinal of Life's title. So I constantly confuse between the two.
