I think it depends on how you define what a person is. Is a person determined by their consciousness (thoughts, memories, beliefs, feelings, etc.) or their body? Because if it is the former, he is the same person, but in a new body. If it is the latter, then I guess he would be a new person, but with the same thoughts, memories, personality, feelings, etc.
Yes, it is on a temporary hiatus at the moment. Basically, I am currently working on three novels at the moment. One of which is coming to an end soon, after Tyranny of Steel is ended in the next few months. I will continue Heir of Aurelian, and will upload daily, until it is completed. It is not going to be as long as any of my other three novels, but it will have a satisfying ending.
I am writing four books at the same time, and it is the weekend. I decided to take a light day, and only write one shorter chapter instead of two long ones. I wouldn't call it being lazy, so much as working one to two less hours on the weekend.
