This is my 2nd time reading this book. It still tears me up. Even knowing how things go, it tears me up. Well written book. A heart breaker and a love story and a story of redemption and courage.

Don’ t like Cassandra AT ALL!! Seems like the Twilight Zone or the Outer Limits. CREEPY!!!

My opinion? SCREW them! Demote them. Let them experience the dungeon accomendations for for a week or month or more. Or better yet, have Talia give them a taste of HER aura. Crotchety old busybodies!

Well I’m to say the ARGH! was worth this chapter. Here’s hoping they get better and better

Started the next chapter against my better judgement and wished she’d jabbed ME to put me out of my misery.

Zarin is heading down a very farl path. His choices make me sad and while je is a fictional character, we become invested in him. I don’t want to see him continue the way he’s heading but it’s necessary to the story. I don’t want him to become a pawn, a tool, for evil. I’m hoping that in the end he will come through his (coffin) experience a wiser man. I say coffin experience because he will be as bound and trapped and as poised as Zamiel was. Perhaps his true mate will save him as Heaven did Zamiel. The pain his parents are and will ho through is so sad.

Usually a sequel isn’t as good as the original. But I’m pleasantly surprised by Heaven’s story.
