I reported the app in the appstore and also filed a with my bank. I took screenshots of their policy on the website and also of the chat convos i had with them

This is a total scam! They are stealing money, and ive reported the app. They want you to keep spending more money even if youve already paid to have chapters unlocked based on what customer service told me. Dont waste anymore of your time or money!

So…this author just doesnt have to update the story on time, or at all? Membership cancelled because at this point it seems like a total scam.

This is ridiculous! The timeframe has long passed for the next chapter. All the other books have chapters releasing every 3 or 4 hours. What a waste of money, and total rip off!

Why are the chapters shorter and shorter, and not even being released on time? This is annoying!
