Heh_Heh1mthPostedI’m only on chapter 54 as of now, because I’m extremely broke but I’m lowkey contemplating getting a loan to read more of this book💀 It’s super addicting and the author clearly put a lot of thought into everything. The worldbuilding is great, with a lot of scope for exploration without feeling repetitive or bland. The power-scaling is nicely done as mc is op but has flaws that he works through so he isn’t just a cold, calculating machine that destroys the world in a couple of days. MC is pretty stupid rn, but in a lovable idiot sorta way and it’s not that frustrating, personally. Alsoooo the humor is top-tier🤝

Normally I don’t write negative reviews, I believe all aspiring authors deserve a chance to express their art. However, this book was so horribly written it physically hurt my brain. The concept was decent but the execution was so incomprehensibly terrible that I could feel my brain rot. I’m probably only this mad because I downloaded the free chapters for a road trip and was thus forced into reading this nightmarish mess of a book, but my point still stands. I have no idea why there are any reviews that claim the writing is good. Do yourself a favor and don’t read this book. Sorry but I had to write this for my own mental health.

Sorry that it's been taking so long to get the next chapter out. My second child was born recently, and i haven't had time to write... But, given what happened in the last chapters, I thought i should give an update of sorts. I will keep writing, but it won't be until late February. It had been a long day and Zeff was ready for it to end. After dealing with rude customers and an even ruder boss for the last 11 hours he was counting down the seconds until he would be able to clock out. He looked at the old analog clock hanging just over the entrance to the restaurant and suddenly felt a twinge of anxiety flow over him.
