it doesnt really. not if your far enough gone. i tried to overdose and I did it with a meh attitude. i knew overdosing on pills wouldn't ever do it so I tried to make sure it happened. filled a bottle of water with over 14000 mg of pills. i physically couldn't drink it. it was like liquid chock. it was disgusting. if I did drink the entire thing I would have died or nearly died.
