I’m not a genius on it and definitely don’t know the science behind it off by heart but it is true. I think it’ll have something to do with adapting to that cold temperature on the daily so that when you’re in room temperature it’ll “warmer” to your body due to it already having been through the contraction, something along those lines anyway. Also with that last verse, its actually not good for blood flow for anyone if their veins/arteries/capillaries were to shrink as more than likely the pressure created by the heart would make them burst also they would hold less volume.

What even is Biomass anyway? It can't be the raw material since that gets dissolved down in some way within me. It isn't as if my stomach continually feels full until I spend my points, as time passes I feel the food getting digested, and then I start to feel hungry again. Perhaps monsters extract something from the food they eat? Some sort of… concentrated…. Stuff? That makes sense cause in this case rather then eating to grow bigger (obviously they still do but humour me) instead they evolve and grow via whatever system is in place so it does make sense as they just add biomass by becoming a bigger/better species after an evolution, didn’t see it like that before, thank you.
