Sorry for the late reply but try Holy Roman Empire. Its here on webnovel but only a few chapters translated only, the rest of 1200+ on mtl. Its the best kingdom building novel I have ever read bar none. Second would be Mediterranean Hegemony of Ancient Greece, its currently being translated with 500 chaps available, 1200+ on mtl too. I can confidently say both of these are worth your time if you appreciate economic and law affairs and not just the industrial and military part.
1 month has pass, so far so good. Prelims exam tomorrow monday until friday, fortunately managed to complete my notes for review. I think I chose the right course for myself.
Unfortunately, no lol. College will be starting this Monday, and here I am rereading LOTM thinking it will will calm me down
Sauce for your cover and pp please... research deadline is approaching... thanks
Greatest technique of all, the Impregnating Gaze!
Well, I personally wished that the monarchs will survive this. Rather than Napoleon being the Emperor and gaining the hate of all nations by declaring himself so, it'll be easier for him to be a co-leader consul for life. Moreover, it is already proven that most of slander agaisnt Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette are just propaganda. Thanks for the Chapter!
Wait author he studied for a year?? Wasn't he 14 when he entered the Ecole Militaire? Moreover the course napoleon took in history is for 2 years, not 3. Some things don't make sense. It destroys the feeling of simulation. I suggest you do a sort of organizational chart for your characters' profiles to easily look for information when you forget them later in the novel. Well thanks for the hardwork and may the novel become popular so that I won't experience again the anxiety of another historical work being dropped.
Whoa so the author is a fellow of mine, please don't drop this novel pls I've been searching for alternate history novels for eternity
A month left before graduation here HAHAHAHHA time flies so fast
im the 69th comment
oh I thought it was a different one lol
In the first place, why would someone jump to the second book?
Can you tell me what novel that is my dear sir?
"Free will". Spam that in your head, the main problem with people like you is that you tend to think in a way that assumes others are blockheaded wimps that only follow what they are told and doesn't have an inquisitive mind. You are clearly educated and still did not realize that humans have their own power to choose? If you still don't understand that: those who are "controlled"(atleast in your vocabulary) have chosen to follow because they view that the "controller"(again your vocabulary) have sufficient reason and stand to be followed. Humans have will and understanding, so in short you calling faith as a controller of humans is also like insulting the intelligence of millions if not billions of people. Remember to always overestimate things rather than think from a high ground of "I know more, probably".
Im Christian yet I'm disgusted by the way you singled out Islamic there. Must be too tired to research huh? You must be one of those people that are easily led by the "controversial" tag and only read one article of the issue before joining the forum arguments. Dilettante is the perfect description for you, and you are probaby undergoing what is known as the Dunning-Kruger effects. Yeah, now research that as well as reread those headlines.
I agree with some points, except for the part where you make it seem like men are the only one to be blamed for their problems. And man, did you forget which timeframe the novel was set? Did you read the part where it was mentioned that this is primarily a gathering of the Lord of Storms believers? Did you know also read/remembered that they are known for being particulary biased against women? I understand your point but please read and visualize properly. Also stop making it seem like toxic masculinity is only invented, spread, and used by men themselves. For the sake of it, Im a rereader and you really did spend time and effort huh, must have noticed your own faults in your opinion and tried hard to stitch them with more of your beliefs instead of admitting it.
Finally someone who gets it, like im all for historical relevance than revisionism. People literally forgot which era the novel was set in. And to add, it is normal to respect whoever is the breadwinner in the household, which is in this era/timeframe's case is men because gender equality is still not develop as it is. Another thing, looks like this skimming bastards didn't read properly since it was mentioned so many times that this is primarily a gathering of the Lord of Storms believers, which are much more gender biased than other religions in the book. Read properly again and also visualize folks.
