With the novel reaching this phase where Lex is learning the harshness of the universe, I'm scared of the real possibility of him losing some of his employees, it is even more scary to remember that the ones going are the main cast of the staff

About the kids, it is nice to see some of the old plot points on the main story again, it reminds me that, with so many other loose threads, this novel can go on for a good while. So, Rocketfellow, bribing some empire's traitors got news about the deployment? this is weird cuz this is a matter regarding the Henalli and a Dao Lord, is he that influential? to the point of being able to get this kind of info?

Who is going to track him from here? his family? I like to think this is just a lie Alexander planned to get more info on the ever so suspicious Lex

Lex and Honey, my long cherished dream was actually a possibility, but Miguel said it wasn't a canon event, crushing my dreams. I really liked Honey, mainly cuz she was just a normal nurse, uninvolved with big conspiracies or peculiar fates. I really hope to see her again.

It was said that Lex's appearance indicated that he (at least) half unlocked Gelid Anima, in other words, he met the unlocking conditions. That + his understanding of law + his strange affinity (probably involving laws) + all other weird coincidences going on with allowing him to tug the thread too, and since he didn't create anything, what was sent was a version of the Gelid Anima but upgraded. And since the only other person (that we know) that has met the unlocking conditions is Williams, he benefited from it.

Alright, what I got from the Bloodline explanation is: You have to imagine a red thread that goes indefinitely, each section of this thread is a blood relative. When you understand laws enough, and obviously know the method of how to create a bloodline, you can "tug" this thread sending the vibration(bloodline) to the rest of your family, and if they meet the unlocking conditions they gain access to it.

By mentioning the Cthulhu here I assume that the spirit race is behind the robots... maybe? it could be completely coincidental and the text says it was a chamber of souls. I don't know exactly if the spirit race has souls or not but given the relationship of the two races, this scene would be even better if the AI empire is indeed part of the spirit race, even if it is just a small branch that chose to dwell in machines

Overall, I am satisfied with the conclusion that Lex will focus on the inn now. I can only assume that we'll have the usual shenanigans while crossing paths with the Williams family occasionally, even more so now that we know that Belle is coming to earth and, since she is often described as overprotective of her siblings(and knowing that the author likes to throw curve balls), there is a very real possibility that she will disregard her parents and the Williams plans and go all out searching for Lex.

Since there is a law of swords, maybe there is a law of shields? And perhaps this law could interact with Regal embrace as the mutation it suffered probably involves laws

Even after seeing whatever is in this file, I really can't see Lex forgiving them anytime soon
