I saw this in another comment, but they essentially said he's waiting for the sect scroll thing to spawn in so he can get all those high level NPC's from the game. But essentially that's all you have to do. Kill all dissidents and then forcefully rule. Then expose the people to the horrors of the cultivation world and show them that by serving the dynasty/sect, they can obtain safety and cultivation resources to get stronger. In a few years, all dissidents are gone, problem solved.
lol
the strongest system? The thing where he can level up by killing things? Did you not just read the last chapter?
I think it's different because this game is supposedly "hyper realistic" and people can't tell the difference between players and NPCs with how realistic they are, so killing them seems wrong to people belonging to the Hero "class". However, I agree as who hasn't killed many npcs in various games. GTA a prevalent one, I have killed enough NPCs that I have pretty much commited genocide, but I don't feel bad about that. No one does. But when it's super realistic, people have an issue.
Bribery seems like a common theme with South Korean presidents. Maybe Vince will go that route?

mans directly skipping over the foundation establishment realm and the golden core realm (AKA Xiantian and Jindan)
Is this why literally everyone in cultivation worlds are stupid? Because they decide to not learn the moment they get power because it is "obsolete". Because that is defo how knowledge works.
Aren't your ethics developed by your memories and experiences? Why would they automatically change just because you reincarnated?
Why not just say simping then? I could infer slam donkeys but I didn't understand what you meant by pay pigging.
