Vincent was also thinking about something that he had been missing since he woke up in this new world... his guns and knives. I don't think it's ever a good idea to give levels to anyone besides MC, rather even more unnecessary when Naruto already comes with an inbuilt ranking system, hell it has 2 ranking systems, d, c, b, a, s, etc, and genin, chunnin, etc.
