tiers are different from stats as stats depend on a creatures own physical and mental characteristics whereas tier are there overall challenge rating and herculean is a level of strength like the mc has unnatural strength and goblins have weak strength a dragon can have titanic strength etc . it'll be more clear later as tge story progresses
