I can't believe can't believe no one is pointing it out to the mom how selfish she is being trying to force her personal preferences and refires onto her daughter on her daughters day. I never understood the just sit there and let it happen without confronting the problem. she likely doesn't realize she is ruining it for her daughter and would stop if it was make clear and if she doesn't care that she is ruining her daughters day then that needs to confronted. This is not her day and she doesn't get to push her preferences.
