Is not the author, another user back in the day earlier chapters like you said posted screenshots of the book published on a different app ( different language) completed. This app apparently bought the rights to publish in English so they are controlling it. Also, the app has blocked access to any other app that has the book due to copyright, I believe I read.

By my count I'm 10 chapters behind and counting... privileged what a joke.
