I think Vincent was intentionally chosen as her guard by the Alpha, because of his personality. Trinity clearly had no problem venting around him immediately, and he is very laid back, so he can handle her gently. Vincent is already mated, so there's no worries there. He's open, friendly, and a gentleman. Trusting him, though, is another matter. When the Alpha can force a confession from his men, he cannot be a secret keeper.

This story is so smoothly written, and engaging that I can't put it down! 😁 I'm loving the well developed characters. Perhaps this week, I'll meet the 960 minutes challenge...

I have always been a huge fan of modern reimagined fairy tales, whether it be movies, books, etc. Disney, Syfy, and Hallmark began my interest in this genre in the 1990's. I am thoroughly enjoying this author's Cinderella-esque scene. Well done!😁

Perfect comedic timing. All I could think was of an old cartoon, with a wolf floating in the air through the woods, eyes closed, big grin, following the scent of apple pie...😂 This author has a magical way of creating fascinating scenes and characters in a readers' mind.

I am impressed with the in depth details, such as the worn smooth bark of the long fallen tree, and then the step further into the thought of it being the perfect place to sit, without getting the beautifully described dress dirty. Little things like this make it easy to submerse yourself in the plot, and makes Trinity relatable & likeable, like an old friend.
