Recently I read the manhwa "Love Phoem" on webtoon, and realized that the story is from the same author of this novel. I wish I could also read the official translation for the novel 🥹. Evangeline 1 (Baden's mother), Evangeline 2 (Lucia's grandfather's mother) and Evangeline (Lucia and Hugh's daughter). So there are 3 people named Evangeline? Am I right? also, I feel grateful that Lucia and Hugh ended up together.. Descendant of Evangeline, Lucia, and Hugh the only remaining descendant of noble of Madoh empire.. as if fate brought them together because evangeline and cael can't be together

She wasn't Evengeline Taran, she was Lucia’s great great grandma. This story occurred when magic was still around. The descendants of noble of the Madoh Kingdom who left now were the Taran family (Hugh and Damien). But they are half blood which is why their eyes are red instead of black. Judging by Cael's appearance he is full blood, has black eyes and black hair ☺️

Why do these two remind me of Hugh and Lucia? ☺️ I mean Cael wants to see the end of Madoh Empire, Hugh also wants to end the blood of Taran descendants. Hugh was abandoned by his family as useless, but brought back and educated as the successor of the Taran family when the duke saw potential in him. Evangeline is a tomboy girl and Lucia too, I remember she once climbed a tree and fell in her dream.

Hugo met Lucia in her dream when Demian had died. I guess this is what he meant when he said he wanted to abandon his family, since the reason he kept his position as Duke of Taran was because of Demian 🥲
Lucia trembled and burrowed further into his embrace. The Lucia in the dream had her life saved thanks to him, and even though they didn't spend their youths together, they spent the end of their lives alongside each other. The Lucia in reality met him and was able to obtain complete happiness without repeating the tragic future in her dream.
