The mc has a twisted mind, so he is very unpredictable and interesting As far as the writing goes, no major errors and is easy to understand Worldbuilding is sufficiently detailed and easy to visualize Characters are consistent and have well defined traits The story develops at a slower pace after the prologue, however it still maintains suspense Updates are regular Mc is chaotic evil and his madness is only getting worse, no hints of poison Recommended to evil mc readers
This is what a rational and ruthless mc is supposed to be Writing quality is good... understandable, not monotonous but there are some translation errors Characters are the best aspect of the novel... there maturity and intellect match their age Plot is consistent, well paced, has tension and keeps you in suspense Worldbuilding... its a fanfic Updates are irregular Most importantly, the mc is neutral evil so no romance, harem or savior complex
One of the best evil protagonist novels on this site Quality of writing is very good with no major errors that distract you Worldbuilding is detailed and revealed without leading to info dumps Plot moves at an appropriate pace and has sufficient foreshadowing for future events Characters are fleshed out and with clearly defined traits The only issue being the updates which are unstable but i am in anticipation of future chapters If you like evil mcs then this is for you... guaranteed no poison
this novel is an exercise in patience... an important scene is occurring but a random info dump appears minor arcs take an exaggerated amount of time (almost 50 chapters)... in that time frame the world is at a stand still... enemies wait for mc to come back before taking action and mc's allies are worthless, relying on mc's plot armor to save them... one of the most disgusting cliches is present(mc appearing at the last moment to save the day)... the world revolves around mc and nothing happens when he is absent characters swagger around pretending to be mature and intelligent but at no moment are you convinced... for the sake of face entire organizations follow in the footsteps of one idiotic member to jump into the fire pit... characters are only defined by one or two traits so no surprise they act like cardboard cutouts it feels like mc has a halo which attracts hatred... it is baffling how so many random characters hate mc even though mc has proven he can cultivate extremely well conflicts are forced and you find yourself reading what feels like a fight between kids... for this reason practically all characters are plot devices doing random things to progress the plot novel is the same generic xianxia only with much slower pacing
sitting for so long and popping pills makes these 'cultivators' braindead... always acting arrogant like there on crack
