“a single word” - says three words. No wonder Lucas got the role instead of him, James is a moron 😂

Instead of joining the standing ovation, James remained seated, his gaze fixed on Lucas, the director, and the cast basking in the applause. He felt a complex fire ignite within him, not of envy, but of inspired competition. As he quietly rose and left the theater, the thunderous applause fading behind him, a single word escaped his lips: "Thank you, Knight."

He wasn’t always broke. He started living in the slums AFTER his parents died. Who knows how well off his family was before their unfortunate demise.

Remembering popular webtoons he read as a child, Sunny concentrated and thought about words like "status", "myself" and "information". Indeed, as soon as he focused, shimmering runes appeared in the air in front of him. Once again, although he did not know this ancient alphabet, the meaning behind it was somehow clear.

I’m immediately thinking of Natalie Dormer in the Hunger Games

Kitty was even more radical and shaved the side of her head and just left the top part long, which gave her a very modern look, and as she was petite, it made her look quite unique with that difference.

I know you’re being serious but your review made me bust out laughing so I just have to pin it. Thanks for giving my story a chance, and thanks for leaving a review.

Honestly not sure how much a roll is, but the term does come up in regards to assignments occasionally. In Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, whilst Professor Snape is covering for Professor Lupin, Snape sets an assignment to write two rolls of parchment on werewolves. Take from that what you will.

"It's a lot of work, is what it is," Ron grumbled beside her. "An entire roll of parchment as homework on the second day? The bloke's barmy, though I should've known that from that french name of his."

Incorrect as far as I am aware. They spin the time turner three times, going back in time three hours as a result. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

Firstly, all discovered methods of time travel followed the Novikov principle. Simply put, any actions taken in the past would not create a paradox, as the past cannot be altered. Secondly, the sands of time were extremely scarce, hence why the DoM had restricted travel in the past to a max of five hours, as the required amount of sand for each hour of time travel grew at an exponential rate.

It’s odd. When Harry walks past it in the 6th book, no reaction. When he walks up to it in 7, he can hear it whispering in his mind. I went for the second of the two for dramatic effect, and because I think it logically makes more sense considering all the other horcruxes had a “pull” to them. Hope that makes sense.

A whisper. A call. A plea. A promise. A subconscious pull in the back of his mind to come closer, to investigate.

He’s done two ritual sets (the world anchor and the eternal connection which are 3 rituals combined - 1 mind, 1 body, 1 soul) plus another body ritual just now. 3 body rituals down, 4 to go. Hope that makes it clear :D

"It sure seems that way," Edmund exhaled, the adrenaline draining from him quickly now that the excitement was over. "One body ritual down. Four to go."

I've been planning certain elements of this chapter for months, so I'm glad to put it out there finally. I personally love this chapter and think it moves the plot along pretty smoothly. What do you think?

Fun Fact: A group of badgers is known as a “cete.”

The stone floor burst open, erupting into chunks of rubble and a shower of dust. Taking advantage of the chaos, Edmund turned the loose stone into a cete of badgers, each of which rushed at Crouch's unguarded legs.

Lol yes, you absolutely did get something wrong, practically all of it.

Voldemort had long ago ritualistically sacrificed his fertility in exchange for power, so children were not in his future. Even if he had not done so, Voldemort was not trusting enough in nature to be able to rely upon another, let alone a child.

Really? It used to be plastered all over the walls of my classrooms in high school, so I assumed it was more common.

"Proper preparation prevents poor performance," Edmund muttered to himself, recalling the adage that had been plastered all over the Wool's orphanage classrooms.
