The story is already running too slow. With he sporadic updates and half step chapters. There's a lot of room for more detail about the world around you. The only time we get any depth is when you monologue about your life philosophy. Other than that you're just hitting plot points. If you try to add lewds I doubt you would ever finish another story again.

Yeah jumping to Chakra(naruto) or even worse Ki(Dragonball) skips alot of content. It would also be way to op for this world. I'd throw The Red Hood or a grown up Damien Wayne in there as alternates.

Dragon + Chi has to be the Iron Fist, Shan-Chi or his father Zheng Zu/Fu Manchu. With Chi being the physical energy then later Aura being spiritual energy. I like the chi/aura route instead of a Chakra(Naruto) or Ki(Dragonball) route because those would be way op in this world. I'd save those for later worlds. Arthur with his Dragon heart should have Immense talent for Chi. His reincarnated status should give him talent in aura.
