senjutsu sensing is even more busted
It was different from normal sensing that required Chakra Fields. Since this method didn't require a chakra field, others couldn't detect that someone was sensing them. not really. even those with kekkai genkai need hand seals to use jutsu
Though opening the Inner Gates increases your chakra temporarily, you can only use that chakra in the rudimentary form. You can use chakra control to create attacks that improve your Taijutsu, like say using stronger punches and kicks or strengthening your body. As for Ninjutsu, unless there is a jutsu that doesn't require you to mold your chakra inside your body, you won't be able to use any Ninjutsu. it probably has to do with the population. maybe they train high level pilots but it won't matter if there are some other planets that train 20 times more pilots but of slighter lesser quality
