Where was it stated that Dan MADE the technique? The reason critical thinking matters is because the author dosnt state everything and at the end of the day it’s a story so it has plot holes/ issues. Critical thinking helps make the best case/guesses on what it would be if it was real. And if you read through the other comments you’d already realize Tobirama had the best chance of making the technique.
