The only thing that would make this hand-blaster more accurate then the others was one simple thing. The swirling barrel to give the bolt form, to make it spin, instead of shooting from the barrel and hoping for the best. I think that you are mistaken in the way you see Yuna. Yuna’s character development was over before the start of the Naruto story, she has already fought adversity, committed mistakes and defeated her enemies. Yuna is the protagonist of this story the same way Saitama is the protagonist of OPM, they exist in an already esablished world with defined characters (the author here cheated a bit using the worlds from famous manga works), the beauty here is how the OTHER characters react to the chaos sown by the invincible protagonist, how the story is twisted by the presence of a new unavoidable factor. It also helps that Yuna is so chaotic that the only forseable thing is that “it’s Yuna time”
