From what i recall he wasnt affected so much by the actual violation. Again, IIRC he made no attempt to actually stop the event. He knew the girl was likely to do something along these lines (wasnt she a cat girl and goes into heat? and he did exactly what she said not to do..), and yet he did not attempt to stop it. He does not have the innocence, weakness, stupidity (debatable), or naivety of a minor. Instead he allowed the event to occur, thereby facilitating it, and then played victim. This does not take away from the severity of the act, SA is SA. But in a sense he allowed it to happen and this calls his character into question. Future me is leaving now.

I guess he isnt as pure of a swordsman as those in the one piece world. But since hes been exposed too and learned so many techniques and power systems, it would only make sense for him to be able to master this worlds power systems in short time, if not immediately.

I always figured that hagoromo was snoozing unless the 10 tails or some legitimate world ending threat is involved. If he was truly consciously aware of the world at all times, then he would surely know of black zetsus schemes, which he wasn't.. So its unlikely to me that hagoromo is paying any attention to anything under his level of power
Yeruashi never let his guard down, because he knew that Hagoromo definitely watched over this world. Although he adheres to the principle of non-interference in the affairs of the ninja world, the illusory watch and Yeruashi himself are strangers in this world.
