The story is really good so far, I like it. It's not a Chinese translation and the writing is not of the same quality, there's nothing wrong with it. I agree that the synopsis is not the best but the story so far is an interesting one revolving around the founding of Konoha. So to summarize the gist it's a good story with an interesting sparse use of time line which I think is at least around 4.5 stars compared to the other short story ratings. I don't understand the one star rating
