Hearing this i couldn't help but smack my head as i forgot even in the beggining of the anime or manga no one knew Feebas evolved into a Milotic. And hearing Williams i wasn't so cruel as to destroy his dreams so i just nodded and quitely took out my Pokeballs and released my Pokemons. Other than that cadets are required to fulfil certain standards. The person who comes last in the monthly ans the yearly tournaments such as the person who loses all his or her battles in the tournament would be expelled from the academy, So life was going to very good and exciting. salamence would require too much resources which Clint wont have so i want a dragon type that would have a relatively short evolutionary time. Also lapras is a good choice thank you
