Well, I didn't read it to the end so maybe I missed those parts. Or I just forgot but the review is based on what I remember...

I really liked the story for the first few hundred chapters but after the love interest got introduced I felt like it just kind of got boring... The reason for this is Shiro 'merges' (for lack of a better word) with Kuromi and suddenly gets a bunch of memories. We don't know anything about these new memories and now a bunch of new characters are introduced and are now very close to her with her caring for them like family. I really can't feel any attachment to these characters who I don't know anything about and it feels kind of awkward. Especially the love interest, he doesn't seem to have any personality other than being OP. Another thing is the world-building, I don't really know much about the other people in the world. Like what is the average strength and how many people are there. It would be great if the author could describe things more.

Translation Quality: Nothing really to say... It's sufficient. flows and isn't hard to read and understand so that's really all that matters therefore 5 stars. Stability of Updates: It's pretty impressive how there's generally always a chapter and they are a good length so 5 Stars. Story Development: At first it was good and he had a goal but after around chapter 200 it sort of seems like he just forgot about it, by chapter 300 he has like 5-10 girls that are future harem members and by chapter 600 he has like 50. I don't hate harems but 50 girls really takes away from the story which is why I gave it 2 stars. Character Design: The main character, Vahn, is basically a broken 14-year-old kid who almost has no social experience and his only connection with the outside world was through manga. He goes through some character development but even then he doesn't seem to have a defining trait. Also, a lot of people are saying that he is very submissive and does whatever his lovers say, which is partly true but I don't really hate submissive main characters as long they are only submissive to people they are really close to and have known for some time. Vahn literally has like 50 lovers and can't say no to them so it seems like he has no personality and exists to make his lovers happy. Now for his lovers, at first I got attached to them because there were only around 5 and they actually had personality but now it feels like they are all the same and they fall in love with him for no reason other than he's nice and strong which is kind of lame. World Background: The author really hasn't expanded much upon the world from what we know so far in the anime but he has expanded upon it a bit, which is why I gave it 3 stars.

No need to worry, I find books better when the author enjoys writing them 👍
