ngl, the cheat isnt godly in normal terms, it literally only allows him to cultivate outside of pure qi areas... it doesnt increase speed or comprehension
[Review is based on trial read standards and only free chapters] So to start, this is a promising new Beast Taming novel that everyone is craving. The beast taming is not distinct but the cland of the MC are a beast taming clan in a cultivation world setting. Forced to leave their ancestral land to their backup location for desperate situations, the MC with his talent (for the Clan Level, he is talented but overall not peakl) and his Golden Finger (Not broken and only speeds him up a little bit and makes things easier to stay consistent rather than scape for resources), is like a fish in water. His advice is taken serious due to his talent and expectations as the next family head. His Golden Finger, with years of prior build up, allows him to be seen as a alchemy prodigy that alloes the family to have a solid rise in the new area. Additional, the family seems very supportive of eachother, with jealousy and greed addressed and worked over - very satisfying to read ngl. Action just started at the end of free chapters and from the glimpse, looks pretty well structured and 'smart' though there isnt much to look at to clarify it. Overall, I will probably end up binging this at some point when its 300+ chapters and really hope it gets picked. Definitely recommend the read for this trail week! Once again, you are free to disagree with me option :)
each batch makes more than 1, i belive in his first success he made 5? but only submitted 2. With increased proficiency, he probably makes more than 5 per success. So it works out in terms of production
I hope youre right, if she is the only partner to the MC as a widow this would truly be a stand out Chinese novel 🤭🤭
[This review is based on Trial Read Standards] While i say this, this novel could become one of my favourites the characters, relationships, comedy, flow, and overall reading enjoyment is probably one of the best Ive read. Im not even exaggerating, as someone who doesnt enjoy cringy comedy, this novel handle comedy that I find perfect. The MC could be seen as annoying but he gets stronger by taking damage so he intentionally annoys people to get points for self-development. The other major characters are also well developed (mostly) and I can see the aurther developing them better in the future with them all showing potential. The world is well developed and logically explained within the genre, although the reasoning of the strength with his senior brothers and sisters isnt explained much but hints have been revealed that will allow MC to grow within the world in a reasonable way. Honestly, if you are wondering to read this or not, give it a go! If you dont enjoy the type of humour, you wont like the novel. Straight up. Thank you for reading the review, would have done it better but I didnt read this all at once so some of the early stuff isnt remembered but I know I enjoyed it a lot. You are okay to disagree with my opinion :)
nahhh, he is trying to get hit to get attribute points eheh
[Review is based of Trial Read quality and only the free chapters] Overall, not much of a beast taming novel as the moments as with what you might think with the title and description. This doesnt mean its bad. Far from in my option. The MC isnt some genius and he doesnt become a genius with his 'cheat' if you can call it that for now. The Spirit Controling Tower allows the MC to hatch beast eggs with ease but beast eggs of good quality are hard to equire at his current location with a lot of scams which he can only figure out through his own research. The MC always have hidden cards that are actually kept hidden from even his team mates as when the times get tough its every man for himself within mutual agreement. He dooes releave them when he gets new ones so his progressions is shown. There is no female MC as of yet but there are female characters who each have their own skill and somewhat personality. There seems to be hope of further character development of all the important characters. The story line doesnt feel rushed and his team work well together, as of now, with some drama slowly building through side scenes that explain where the 'aggression' or threat originates from. The original bad guys get solved but does have a loose end that could lead to more in the future, with the original conflict showing some reasoning and not just 'i hate him because he is mc'. World building is slow but introduces major and local powers where relevant in a way that doesnt throw it in your face, which is appreciated but still vague as it is, from what I can tell, a rural city/town that only hears famous infomation from time to time. Over I see a good foundation that could go well if the writing stays the same or, hopefully, imporves. Thanks for reading my review, you are allowed to disagree to my options.
Solid naming choice
[This review is for only the free chapters of the trial read ] Okay so this is definitely a 'Brain off, Binge a hundred' type of novel. It is bad but filled with si much cliche that you kind of follow it and enjoy it for the 'Big sword go slash' kinda stuff. Literally, filled with OP martial soul that is mistaken due to it being in some kind of hibernation that isnt explained... like at all. He can somehow comprehend top tier techniques and skills (alchemy) from the first look just so the plot can progress. Im not gunna lie, I have no idea what his sword skill even does or why it is so powerful, and his alchemy seems to be from his flame and non of his skill ;-; Cliche villians of step brother and uncle who gets messed up as well as sect elders that clearly cant realise they may be wrong when a 'low level' talent can beat a very talented disciple even though he has no training, no resources, and most people in the family look down on him. World building is a City that the family live in... doesnt say its relevance in strength or locations as well as a sect that is probs gunna be a bit part of the plot but doesnt explain anything of. This is such a cliche chinese cultivation novel that im suprised he doesnt have a wife in the 5th chapter that devorces him for his step brother *shrug* Yes im salty because I was hoping for better but I unfortunately forgot it was a trial read. Thanks for reading, you are allowed to disagree with my judgement.
ahhh, so the poor stay poor and the rich stay rich kinda way~ maybe they can naturally awaken but the awakening ceremony just enhances it??
we can only hope~
Love these when done right (always think of Soul Lands and their Martial Soul Sytem)
[Ratings are based off trial read standard] So ive read up to the start of payed chapters and honestly, for a trail read, this novel isnt that bad. The worldbuilding isnt very fleshed out if you are new to the genre but if you are enough is explained to not be totally confused. The system is also done pretty well with a lot of hard work and commitment needed for development , although it seems the alchemy cheat is a bit much with the context we have been given about the difficulty of pill refining in this world. The first few chapters obviously have the villian who bullies the mc, but the reason is clearly explained and is justifiable with the setting and is, i believe, temporarily relieved early on to start the actual story. Future Female MC has been introduced yet the description so far is vague but her character is slowly being drawn out and is quite respected and an actual character instead of 'ivory skin and peachy lips with cloths that barely cover her'. Also the daugher is really cute so far and isnt annoying which they sometimes can be unintentionally. Especially if she is taught the skills of her Mother and the MC, she could become a really good character in future chapters/arcs. Thank you for reading, im not ue to doing reviews but wanting to write more for trial reads up to the paywall.
Hard carry by the Alchemy room right here
Welp, thought it wasnt going this direction, I hoped but hey-ho its a Chinese Cultivation novel what was i expecting lets just hopebis isnt haram ;-;
well, we arnt a star soooo it would be a tad bit inaccurate 🤷🏼♀️
an actual explination that can wirk for the old geezers for a sudden change in a disciple which can be used with decent effect
her family were originally righteous but found a demonic cultivation art which they passed to her. so she was taught the righteous ways before then
i mean, if it is a black creature and has silly mannerisms is a funny nickname its not a person or npc but a mob so i wouldn't call it racist... thats just me tho
