I’m so glad I’m not the only one who thinks this! The guy raped her, terrorized her, held her hostage by withholding information from her... She was never given the choice to be with him, it was just the lesser of 2 evils. Reading the comments, I feel like people are oblivious. And why are the chapters so expensive ?! Most books it’s 5-8 coins to open a chapter but this book I’m paying 12 coins just to read about her getting screwed again. I could probably skip every other chapter and still keep up!

My dad took me to dinner that night. We went to some fancy restaurant and ate small food. Which he complained about the whole ride home. It was fun. I missed going out with him. He asked me about Xavier, which I dogged. I told him we didn't have any class together. He was persistent that I got to know him. I wondered why. I mean I understand he was friends with his father but that doesn't mean he should set me up with his son.
