You don't get exp by killing other humans?

Okay so, question!How are the people gonna level-up or get stronger? Since the villages get stronger everytime you eliminate a village and not everyone will be as strong as Daimon, I can imagine a lot of people will die because they think they can also eliminate a village. And with how strong they are now, I can't imagine how they will defeat the 1st Floor Boss or how they will clear other Floors.Further more, I'm having fun reading the novel and has a good potential!
