I kinda feel like the ppl of earth 3 are very technologically advanced. But from the stories of Ahn Roh Man he shared with Alberu b4 they were able to take down this monster thousands of ppl died first. Our side atleast had the capability to keep this guy contained w/o collateral or anyone dying.
