It’s wild that the winter beast only gives him 7 shards

Which was to say that Sunny, now a Transcendent Terror, was the second most terrifying creature in the frigid mountains of the abandoned landmass.

Kinda interesting that Mordret and Valor share a major similarities, where Mordret is reflections and valors is swords specifically. And in the place of valors home, there are specific creatures that aren’t necessarily described as nightmare creatures, but also major threats involving reflections

"No. It is simply the nature of this place. The creatures in the lake are deadly, and so are those in the forest. However, the things that come from reflections are the most dangerous, because they are too strange and we know too little about them. We call them the Others."

Ya, that’s was also the bird. It’s the only being we’ve actually seen pull on the strings of fate, and has a direct connection to weaver through the eye.

I think if anything the queen of worms is closer to that than true death. Shadow created death, and sunny Inherits from shadow.

Queen Song held authority over death, so anything that died in her Domain was taken by her. It wasn't rare to see the dead pilgrims walking through the snow. For some, the journey was long… for some, the journey was short. After reaching Ravenheart, they entered the ice caves under the palace and became the Queen's servants.

Ya, there’s also an unknown participant in that nightmare that none of them could identify. So, she could put together that the unknown person also has a mask and at least figure he was in the nightmare with them.

Why did it look so familiar?

Yes, she was, she was an awakened beast that he got an echo from.

But what was she doing here? Had some of Nether's children succumbed to Corruption and survived until this day? Had the Lord of Shadows killed one of them?

I’m not gonna lie, if you think that’s gross I strongly recommend avoiding the history of everything you eat.

Indeed, although humanity's presence in the Dream Realm had expanded dramatically, they were still dependent on the waking world for countless things. As far as Sunny was concerned, things like coffee beans, chocolate, salt, and a bunch of other commodities could only be procured on the other side.

The fridge. He turned the winter beast into his fridge. Not only did he tear it apart by hand, but then modeled it into a fridge to then hold the rest of it in to eat. That’s how you take down that SOB

He was the one who had killed it, after all, ripping the wretched thing apart with his own two hands.

Nah the imp, would teach the kid how to eat metal. Then they could have eating challenges with Effie.

Perhaps she would indeed be ready to fight by the time they reached Verge.

Not true either. As Nephis has stated, Sunny is debatably, behind her, one of the most dangerous of the party. He has an arsenal of powerful memories, a divine lineage, a overall physical doubling boost, and aspect legacy geared towards fighting, utility sensory abilities, the ability to perceive the abilities of memories. He is incredibly dangerous. His fighting styles, currently, include Nephis and Saints styles, not mastered but proficient enough for acknowledgement. So flowing attack and control and solid defense. There’s a reason Nephis asked him to go down to fight the apes, and there’s a reason everybody is seemingly aware that Sunny is powerful, but unsure. Because the only person who actually recognizes how strong he is is Neph, and maybe Cassie.

Sunny was, perhaps, the deadliest of them all. If he wanted to, he could have killed every member of the cohort twice over.

I think the problem here is everyone wants memories and rewards and none of them know sunny needs the shadow fragments from kills

If there was one thing to feel disappointed about, it was that this one was so swift that he had not even gotten the chance to finish any of the enemies himself, thus not receiving any rewards from the Spell. But even then, he would be glad to only fight easy battles like this in the future.

I mean, as we have seen this nightmare, Sunny, Nephis, and Mordret have been running point while the others are on cleanup. I’m unsure if after the Saint power up the others will still be in the same league. The only other who makes a huge difference is Cassie, and that’s because she has an ability none of the three can match.

But that was fine. Sunny did not mind sharing a ship with him, as long as Mordret was an ally. Gods knew that the cohort needed all the help it could get in this dreadful, utterly unreasonable Nightmare.
