Ugh it is so annoying that he wants to be more than a support and find it to be looked down upon. Why make him like typical mcs. The whole thing that attracted me to this story. Is that he is a support! Its like stories that have mc as a summoner then they end up being melee fighters with summons.

The main issue here is that she betrayed him even tho she is supposedly unable to. If there was a logical reason that fitted in with plot progression it would be fine.

Welp it was good while it lasted but Ju shoufen is just verison 2.0 of Xu Xiuying. He would of obviously gone to the city on his own without being forced. This nonsense is really redundant.

But with this it followed the typical plotline of someone being saved then betraying the saviour. This is one of the most over used clichés. Especially when it goes against everything that has happened with the information that was given.

Really was disappointed by Ju Shen. He saved yet she betrayed him so easily. What is the point of the loyalty stat if it is meaningless? I know the Author added it for drama... but was it really necessary? It honestly just felt forced considering everything. It is also one of the biggest flaws when Authors force drama because it is convenient yet doesn't really fit into the flow of the story.

Yeah i agree with you, this story is consice and to the point. Alot of cultivation novels just pad out word count with blocks of mindless explanations which contribute little or nothing to the plot.

I don't know why people are hating on Rachel. I do believe she truely loved Michael enough to know that she had to let him go. She could of easily continued there relationship to reap the benefits instead of breaking it off. Curious to what the Author thought when he planned them to split.
