Really good novel despite the author’s habit of repetition. It’s one of the novels that doesn’t go on pointlessly, although it had the potential to go on for many more chapters. Translation is pretty much flawless, one of the best translated novels on this site. Character development is also quite good, though in later chapters Ye Ping was overshadowed by Su Changyu.

This deserves to be picked. I am curious to read more. It got a bit dull in the middle, but then it picked up the pace. Author’s style is a bit confusing at times, but decent translation. I hope we get to read more of this

This surely is my favorite from this week’s trial read! Total joy to read, first chapter got me hooked.
