lmao thats not how percentage calculation works. You don't reduce the 50% by the full 20% of a 100% but from the 50% that are left. So the correct number is 40% dmg. 20% is 1/5 of the whole. 1/5 of 50 is 10 so you reduce from 50% to 40% when you reduce by 20%. As another reader pointed out there is also another armor piece who reduced dmg taken, which one exactly and how much I can't be bothered to check honestly, so the Dmg taken between 40-30% probably stems from that armor piece thats not mentioned here.
