Is she also a virgin? I feel like like that’s likely considering her personality and background. These type of relationships never last long.

"That's… that's perfect!" Gloriana grinned and giggled. "Hihihi! I'll be his first!"

Idk bout that… most men will instinctively hold back on certain things and regret or have nightmares of past events for life. Women will go for the juggler 100% of the time every time and laugh about it later. Most of the female veterans I know are pretty good at getting over war related PTSD unless it’s SA in nature. They’ll carry that for life. I know one chick who boasted about aiming for the groin and she always laughed about it. Then again some guys laughed with her. Military life is violent, what can I say. Most of the men I know go to war to fight for their homes or because they want to kill somebody and they get over that mentality QUICK after they’ve been shot at once or twice. I honestly don’t know why women most join the army. The women I know join because of mundane reasons like wanting to travel (yes I’m not kidding, that’s what one of my friends said) or to get away from an abusive family or because their parents from a military family didn’t have any sons so she was the next best thing.

"It's true. This is a matter of public record. In any case, we believe that human society can't remain under the thumb of men. Our gender is prone to making decisions that we later regret. It's baked into our very DNA. Since the earlier days of our race, men were hunters and warriors while women took care of the household. While humanity has advanced far beyond our primitive roots, many of its vestiges still remain in our genes! Men are more suitable to fight while women are more suitable to lead!"

Wise decisions? Women are intelligent and undoubtedly intellectuals. They excel in IQ but I’ve met less than 1-3 who had an ounce of AQ in them and they developed that through wise parents (particularly from men) men develop common sense and problem solving skills easer than women. Women aren’t wise they’re smart. Theirs a difference.

Goz shook his head. "Technology and other societal advancements has narrowed the gap, but that still doesn't resolve the differences at the top. I'd rather answer to a woman than a man! At least the former is much more capable of making wise decisions!"

He’s saying it like these women are all about love peace and harmony but they’re preparing for war… with who? A state that allows women to participate in politics. That’s who. Simps will be the death of modern society and common sense.

"Yes, but they manifest in different ways. Men can be prideful, greedy and lustful. Women are motherly, protective and empathic! Us men are incapable of caring for ourselves, Brighter. It is better to leave the actual decision-making to women!"

I stood in a meeting filled with women at work the other day. We spent two hours on debating on if we wanted to spend the money on ‘No guns allowed’ signs. Eventually the head manager decided to bring in the secretary to ask for her opinion. I’ve never felt like putting a barrel in my mouth as much as I did that day. Fortunately however… Guns aren’t allowed on property. Thank god for those stickers otherwise I never would’ve known. This isn’t a statement. Just food for thought.

The other mech designer smiled sardonically. "And leave women alone to shoulder the burden themselves? I think not. All-female societies are even worse than male-dominated societies. For better or worse, humanity functions best when there are multiple genders living in harmony. The same holds true for quite a few alien races as well. Men are still fine in many areas of society. Women are simply better, especially when they are in charge."

I might’ve read some spoilers… the dude is literally talking his future. He’s trying to sound like a crackpot, but this is literally going to happen. Funny the author did this.

"...Mark my words, professor. A day will come when mechs come alive and demand the same rights as humans in my society! It scares me a bit when I think that living mechs wielding the power of gods might subvert humanity one day, but I don't believe that will come true! Whenever mechs become more powerful than the mech pilot, the latter will be able to grow through the man-machine connection, thereby equalizing their power balance! As one side grows, the other one grows as well! That is the meaning behind symbiosis!..."

    BLM at it again!

Some proscribed that men should not be in the same room with women. Others forced their believers to spit on the face of men with facial hair. One religion even stated that those with lighter skin tones unquestionably needed to obey the commands of those with darker skin tones!

This is actually a thing. Seriously it’s like you’ve never been to a BLM rally. They literally scream this type of stuff at the top of their lungs every freaking day. Reverse racism my butt. As if this possibility were impossible. You sound childish and out of touch.

Wait… how? What? I can figure out how smart someone is by m*****ing them? Again with this spiritual nonsense. If they were both expert pilots then sure… but this just sounds impossible.

The professor drew back his hand with mild surprise. "Seniors have a way of telling whether you're a Journeymen or not. As far as I'm aware of, you've definitely advanced!"

    Virgin for life!

The core of what Ves started to call the design seed consisted of his design philosophy. Yet large portions of it consisted of elements not entirely related to it! His thoughts, his habits, his perspective on life and all kinds of other crap was about to become a part of his design seed as well, which essentially meant those elements became permanent traits to his personality!

Umm… how? By putting their finger in your mouth? By reading your diary? How does this make sense?

Ves speculated that all of the random spiritual elements his design seed absorbed from his mind left an incomparably strong personal imprint on it! It would be very hard to steal his design seed from his mental space!

Why… would it do that in the first place? Does it do that for everyone? If so… then why would nobody figure this out?

That was quite convenient! His design seed didn't absorb his own spiritual energy anymore so Ves would not have to worry about its upkeep.

You mean… like how it doesn’t make sense? Yeah I’d be fascinated too.

Overall, Ves had become endlessly fascinated by the transformation of design philosophy. It was a radically different process from the apotheosis that mech pilots underwent upon becoming expert pilots.

Omg he’s the kings illegitimate son. Remember his ‘father’ was unable to have kids until ‘miraculously’ he could. Now we know why. His mother is a 304.

"Lord Javier! What are you doing here?!" Ves asked with a startled tone!

Ok so I’m genuinely confused about something… couldn’t vets just tell the AI that he wanted to donate the expert mech that’s in vesian hands? Or tell them that foster was most likely a MTA spy? Again, I know the book is about mechs but… they aren’t the only solution to every answer.

The Amastendira was the most exquisite example to date. Powered by an infinitely rechargeable battery that possibly drew its juice from zero-point energy, it showed how compact and powerful a battery could become. Naturally, it was impossible for Ves to replicate first-class technology out here in the galactic boondocks.

This is a bit of a side note, but I’m genuinely surprised that none of these military girls aren’t constantly trying to flirt or sleep with thier colleagues more often. Trust me I’ve spent time around the military. There’s a reason why the term ‘barracks bunny’ is a thing.
