The shareholding being mentioned in this chapter is completely laughable when taking earlier statements in the story into account. First off it was said that he himself inherited 85% from his father while mason only has 15% which already made him by far the majority shareholder. After that he made in my own opinion the questionable decision to buy his friend John’s company holding 70% and leaving 30% to John. He then again made a further questionable decision to merge the two companies effectively giving John as stated earlier 12% in the company. According to the ratio originally between himself and his uncle mason of 0,85:0,15 he himself had to contribute 10,2% of the 12% given to John whilst his uncle gave 1,8% leaving his uncle 13,8% and himself 74,8%. This 74,8% is again more than enough to be the majority shareholder by miles allowing him to overrule any decision that either his uncle or john could make against him. Lastly his uncle only sold 3,8% according to this chapter which stated he still has 10%.I do not understand how this in any way would allow him to have more decision making power compared to what he already has. I dont know if I missed something but this is my take on the shareholding status.

Having Haki is sign that you have enough strength to be a rear admiral. I highly doubt Its Possible for everyone to have haki on that ship. Even with the straw hats post time skip only luffy,zoro,sanji and jinbe have haki.
